Key Performance Indicators are becoming increasingly popular on complex project and often form part of a contract performance or bonus framework.

 The intention is to drive positive behaviors with a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes against the project objectives. It’s not just focused on the “what” to achieve, but also the “how” did we get there.

 This requires a carefully structured performance framework that is agreed prior to contract sign off and system to capture and measure data.
