GBRI is offering 2 prestigious instructor programs:
- GBRI Certified Sustainability Teacher – Ideal for primary, middle and high school teachers
- GBRI Certified Sustainability Faculty – Ideal for professionals, college teachers and faculty

For teachers –
- Ideal for primary, middle and high school teachers. Teachers may be currently teaching or in training
- Utilize sustainability to the curriculum on a level suitable for their students
- Create and share at least 1 video or article on lessons learned, classroom experiences
- Create and contribute at least 1 blog per year
- Contribution to sustainability school curriculum (A set of basic courses and videos for school children)
For Faculty –
- Ideal for professionals, college teachers and faculty
- LEED Green Associate, LEED AP, WELL AP or similar or 5 years min. experience
- Utilize sustainability in your curriculum
- Create and share at least 1 video or article on lessons learned, classroom experiences
- Create and contribute at least 1 blog per year
- Create and contribute at least 2-3 sustainability courses per year.
- Instructors will receive visibility, recognition on USGBC’s & GBRI’s website as a GBRI Instructor
- Access to platinum membership worth $149 – Get access to 250+ GBRI sustainability courses, exam prep for LEED and WELL, and training materials
- Revenue earned from creating additional courses.
- $49 for Teachers and $99 for professionals. Instructor programs are eligible for scholarships
