Proper practices of project scheduling are often forgotten, in particular when it comes to large projects where fitting all schedule into a single large schedule should not attempted.
Too often, projects are managed based on inadequate schedules, making decision making haphazard and inadequate. Simple checks on schedule adequacy and quality would avoid this trap.
