Change Management in Construction Projects for the adequate forecast and the calculation of the EAC

Change management is a high, constant and indispensable effort for the correct forecast of the Estimate at completion (EAC). In this Presentation we will review the change management process since its beginning in the business Process Potential Deviation Notice until the approval in Budget Change Orders, Contract Change Orders and how project management tools can help us to track, gain visibility and be traceable.
