Lessons Learned from 99 LEED projects is a 6-part series that looks at 99 LEED Gold and Platinum certified projects to identify what strategies work best and are most popular in each of the 6 LEED categories: Sustainable Sites, Water Efficiency, Energy & Atmosphere, Materials & Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Innovation in Design.
We will be discussing the most frequently applied strategies, those that are easiest to implement, and those that stand out as especially unique or elegant solutions. This particular course provides an in- depth look at the importance of Materials and Resources as it applies to Green Buildings; LEED Projects. 99 LEED certified Projects (30+Platinum, 40+Gold and Rest Silver) representing new construction, existing building and commercial interior were chosen to analyze the strategies these projects implemented.
The course explains strategies for MR credits under BD+C/O+M/ID+C Rating systems. Attendees will learn how to strategically incorporate various measures for LEED credit compliance through various case studies.
