Learning Hub @ GBRI proudly presents this Ethics Training Course series prepared for Management Concepts Systems Services (MCSS) employees.
MCSS is a project and construction management support services organization established in 1983.
MCSS is a certified DBE in multiple states including New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Florida and Hawaii.
MCSS’s experience spans over multiple industries and sectors including power, public transit, environmental, infrastructure facilities, buildings and airports.
MCSS employees are required to participate in a Code of Ethics training program and are required to take a refresher training once every year.
MCSS Ethics Training Consists of Core Modules and Electives as noted below.

Elective Modules
–Agency Vendor Code of Ethics – MTA
–Agency Vendor Code of Ethics – Port Authority of NY & NJ
–Agency Vendor Code of Ethics – New Jersey Transit

Read the MCSS Employee Handbook provided as a flipbook and electronically sign the acknowledgement form.
Watch the MCSS Core Ethics Training Course and pass the short quiz along with acknowledging that you completed it.
Step 3 depends on which other agency you work with; you may be required to familiarize yourself with Agency code of ethics document. For example, let’s say you are working with the MTA. Then, you should familiarize yourself with the MTA code of ethics as well, which is provided on the GBRI platform as an elective. There are no associated quizzes for the electives.
