Planning & Control of building projects using Location Based Management Systems

Construction project planning and control methods are traditionally activity-based. However, when considering an approach based on continuous workflow, it is better to do them in location-based systems. The following case study describes the benefits of implementing project planning and control practices in a Multifamily Building in the city of Lima, Peru using location-based methods.
