PMOs are nowadays the backbone of Portfolio and Project (PPM) delivery in Organizations and setting up a PMO’s in 99 days. PMO implementation within a department or a company can be a long. Also its resource-consuming endeavour with limited case for comprehensive ROI. Nevertheless, PMOs have a real impact on PPM success in the role as a dedicated body of competence. There by serving the project community, and maturity increase enabler on the long run. This is also for the benefits of the organization. Part of the challenge is to be able to deploy harmonized PMO processes. Also Toolset features and uplifting a team to the necessary core and soft skills necessary for efficient PMO operations. We propose to explore together the TPG PMO Maturity Matrix, leading to a presentation of how to setting up a PMO’s in 99 days.
