It will look at how these decisions affect how contractors and consultants price their tenders and how the contract is managed by the various parties. It will also cover the commercial effects of other areas of the NEC4 such as value engineering, early warning, key dates, programme and defects.
The focus will be on the practical issues that people find i.e. the reality not the theory.
