Given the current situation and post-COVID-19 scenario, it is essential to adopt a Strategy for Innovation and Digital Transformation in Organizations, so this presentation will contribute to publicize the Strategic Role of the Project Control Manager & PMO Lead and their contributions in Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A.
The presentation will publicize the contributions from the perspective of the Owner/Client through the implementation of the following improvement projects:
Qlik Sense for data visualization in Project and Portfolio Controls.- Business Intelligence tool that, like Power BI and Tableau, allows the automation of data and reduction of reportability in order to improve the decision-making process in the Owner.
VDC in Management and Project Control.
Innovative Project management methodology developed by the laboratory of the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) of Stanford University, EEUU, which allows maximizing the success of projects through the collaboration and integration of people, processes, and technology BIM+.
Finally, it will be explained why the Project Controls & PMO Lead fulfills a fundamental Leadership role in the Management of Change and Organizational Culture aligned to the Innovation and Digital Transformation Strategy.
